Our Story | From the Hill Country to the Coast

Our journey to the Texas coast began in Georgetown, where we lived on six acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. While Laura was helping clients buy and sell homes throughout the greater Austin area, we found ourselves increasingly drawn to the relaxed pace and natural beauty of Port Aransas.

What began as a love for the coastal lifestyle eventually became our permanent home. We traded Hill Country acreage for island living and never looked back.

Along the way, we became coastal property investors ourselves, purchasing a vacation rental condominium and gaining firsthand experience with both the opportunities and responsibilities of owning investment property along the Texas coast.

We founded Saltwater Shores Realty to bring together our real estate experience, local knowledge, and commitment to personal service. As an independent, locally owned brokerage, we're proud to help others find their own place along the coast—whether that's a full-time home, a weekend retreat, or a smart investment.
